         4 staff and materials for up to 30 campers $1500                            5 staff  and materials for up to 40 campers $2000

        6 staff and materials for up to 50 campers $2500                             7 staff and materials for up to 60 campers $3000

Final payment is due at the end of your Day Camp week.  Half of your deposit is non-refundable.  After March 1st, the entire deposit is non-refundable.  You may change your requested staff and materials ay time before May 1st.  After that you will be asked to pay for the full amount reserved.  Because we bring specific amounts of materials for the maximum you reserved, and need to maintain appropriate camper/staff ratios, congregations will be charged $85 per camper for any campers registered over the maximum number reserved.  A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot.
