Cross Trails Ministry has several types of opportunities each year. Please contact our office for specific employment inquiries.

Year Round Professional Employment
This includes Executive Director, Directors of Chrysalis and Ebert, Associate Director at Chrysalis, Operations Director, and Office Manager/Registrar.

Hourly Employment
Hourly opportunities include cooks, housekeeping, and periodic maintenance
positions. Applications are available year round.

Summer Employment
Cross Trails Ministry hires staff for a variety of positions at all of our summer camping sites. Each summer staff member is hired for a specific position and a specific site, though most staff will periodically work at other sites and programs as the need arises. All summer staff members are exceptional, positive Christian role models to all campers and guests.  General summer staff training beings May 26, 2013 and the last day of the summer season is August 10, 2013.
