Programmed events and retreats are planned and led by Cross Trails Ministry staff and leaders from throughout Texas. All activities, food and housing are included in one low price.

For family retreats at Chrysalis, each family or couple is provided with their own cabin unless they request to stay with another family. Singles are housed with other singles. At Ebert all retreaters stay together in two large bunkhouses.
