Summer campers can register for summer camp with a group or as an individual. All programs except Confirmation Camp are open for individual registration.

To Register an Individual Camper:
Campers are very welcome to come on their own or with a friend. Summer camp registration forms are available by mid-October and registration opens in early January. An $85 deposit is required for registration.

To Register a LYLE (Lutheran Youth Leadership Experience) Camper:
LYLE campers must submit an application that is reviewed for acceptance to the program by committee. LYLE applications are available in December. The first round of decisions is made, and applicants are notified, in early March. Once accepted, an individual registration form will be required from each LYLE camper. No deposit is required until acceptance.

To Register a Group:
Cross Trails Ministry allows groups to reserve camper spaces in order to give group leaders some extra time to gather individual registration forms from each camper. Group reservation materials are available from our office beginning in mid-October. Reserved spaces must be confirmed with an individual registration form by March 1st. To register a group, follow the directions on the group reservation information sheet and submit a group reservation form with an $85 deposit per reserved space.
