Financial Leadership

Individuals and families who provide annual financial leadership to Cross Trails Ministry in the amount of $300 or more are called, “Trail Blazers” while congregations who provide annual financial leadership of $1000 or more become part of our Congregational Giving Club.

Their support sets the pace and leads the way for others to share in this vital ministry.  These gifts make all the difference for experiences at Cross Trails Ministry. These gifts enable us to offer outstanding programs, maintain the day to day operations of all sites, provide camperships, and continually update our facilities.

In addition to fees paid by participants, funding for Cross Trails Ministry comes from a combination of sources including individuals and families, congregations, organizations and endowments.  These gifts make up the Cross Trails Ministry Annual Fund.

Annual Fund gifts are used to:

• Supplement the fees paid by all campers and retreaters
• Provide financial aid for campers and retreaters who need extra help
• Fund repairs and purchase of capital equipment
• Pay debt service for new buildings and property
• Provide for new program start-ups

The Board of Directors of Cross Trails Ministry is pleased to invite you to become a member of the giving clubs. As you accept this invitation, you join other committed church and community leaders who care about the spiritual growth and development of adults, families and especially youth. You join those who believe that the camp and retreat experiences of Cross Trails Ministry are blazing trails for the future of the church.

You can choose to give in a lump sum or in several gifts over the course of a calendar year.  We can even work with you to make automatic withdrawals.  While there are several levels of membership, whichever category you select makes you part of this very special group who are reaching out to people of all ages and blazing trails of faith.

Friends of Cross Trails Ministry- If you are not able to give a gift that enters you into one of the giving levels, remember you can still support our ministry.  Please consider a gift that fits within your budget and join the Friends of Cross Trails Ministry who provide support for our ministry through our annual fund.

Trail Blazer Giving Club- The levels of membership are acknowledged as:

• Live Oak Circle ($5,000 or more annually)
• Mesquite Circle ($1,000 or more annually)
• Purple Sage Circle ($500 or more annually)
• Bluebonnet Circle ($300 or more annually)

Congregational Giving Club- The levels of membership are acknowledged as:

• Partner in Ministry ($10,000 or more annually)
• Advocate ($5,000 or more annually)
• Supporting ($3,000 or more annually)
• Contributing ($1,000 or more annually)
